Here at Jurnfern Art, we are constantly keeping up with the happenings of the fashion industry. Which should come as no surprise considering fashion illustrations are our specialty! Fashion week presentations serve as a huge source of inspiration for our pieces, and the showings of the new Spring collections during London Fashion Week this past week were no exception. Keep reading below for our 7 favorite looks from the new collections.

A white tulle and embroidered dress with ribbons and beads, worn with a jeweled crown from the Simone Rocha Spring 2022 collection runway presentation at London Fashion Week

1. We love this playful, disheveled, feminine look from the Simone Rocha Spring 2022 collection. One of our favorite features of this dress is the subtle flap detail on the bust - a beautiful reference to a mother who nurses. Mothering and mother-daughter relationships were central themes of the collection.

A long white dress with long black sleeves, metal armor at the bust, and red boots from the Christopher Kane Spring 2022 collection runway presentation at London Fashion Week

2. Combining hard and soft elements is something Christopher Kane does so well, and this look from his Spring 2022 collection was a beautiful execution. The touch of metal armor is just enough so as not to appear t0o intense, and in contrast with a flowing pleated dress and striking red boots, it really creates an eye-catching look.

Sea green hooded garment with matching skirt from the Roksanda Spring 2022 collection presentation at London Fashion Week

3. The Roksanda Spring 2022 collection was inspired in part by the chaotic energy and emotional times we are currently living in. This raw emotion shone through in this look especially, from the color, to the draping, to the model's expression-these elements come together to create a very moving image.

A white one piece with an off-the-shoulder ruffled neckline and bell sleeves from the Osman Yousefzada Spring 2022 collection runway presentation at London Fashion Week

4. This bodysuit from the Osman Yousefzada Spring 2022 collection is so rich in detail it can almost stand on its own as an outfit. Not to mention the amazing chunky gold accessories which really bring this look together.

A form fitting jumpsuit with cut-outs and sheer pants from the Nensi Dojaka Spring 2022 collection runway presentation at London Fashion Week

5. We've never seen anything quite like this look from the Nensi Dojaka Spring 2022 collection. The floral cut-out in the tights shows beautiful technique and the overall silhouette is sexy and revealing, yet sophisticated at the same time.

A light blue lace maxi dress with ruffles worn with a leather waist bag from the Yuhan Wang Spring 2022 collection runway presentation at London Fashion Week

6. We love this overly feminine yet utilitarian look from the Yuhan Wang Spring 2022 collection. The frills, bows, and lace contrast beautifully with a cute and functional waist bag which also straps over the shoulder.

Long dress coat with black ruffles and a black bow at the neck from the Molly Goddard Spring 2022 collection presentation at London Fashion Week

7. This youthful look from the Molly Goddard Spring 2022 collection feels refreshing and easy. The neutral tones of the coat and dress might seem plain, but the addition of the bow, ruffles, colorful striped socks, and platform Mary Janes give it that classic playful Molly Goddard vibe.
